About the section Visualisation

Published in Open Access through the kind permission of Presses Universitaires de France, the section Visualisation of French design research journal Sciences du Design hosts, in French or in English, research contributions in visual and graphic form from researchers, designers, creative. These can take the form of computer graphics, visual analytics or data visualisations.

These visualisations are organised into collections. Each collection is related to an issue of the journal and is published in full online on the site http://visu.sciences-du-design.org. For each collection, a limited number of visualisations is selected and published in the printed version.

The section Visualisation is edited by Matthias Rischewski.

The journal Sciences du Design

Sciences du Design is a peer-reviewed, French-speaking, international journal of academic design research published at the Presses Universitaires de France. Founded in Paris in 2015 by Stéphane Vial and Alain Findeli, it is intended to make widely recognised Design as a scientific discipline and establish itself as a scholar reference in the French-speaking design research community.
